All such extensions and refurbishment works are supervised by Lewis Taylor, a Chartered Building Surveyor, who will discuss your needs and provide layout drawings if necessary, a schedule of works, obtain local authority approvals for Planning, Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations.
Lewis will also provide design services for the general layout of your property, and more specifically kitchen, bathroom and ensuite design and specification.
Jonny Wilson can help you with the planning the electrical installation for your property including security and fire alarms, television and audio installations and telephone / communication systems. Jonny will also co-ordinate any necessary service alterations by the local Electricity Supply Authority.
Ben Taylor will also offer assistance in designing and specifying a suitable heating and hot water installations to suit the property and your own individual requirements. Ben will also co-ordinate any necessary provisions or alterations by the local Water and Gas Supply Authorities
The project will then be supervised throughout by Lewis Taylor who as your one point of contact will ensure your requirements are met to the highest possible standards.
We will work closely with you for the duration of the project giving guidance and will provide all necessary Local Authority Completion Certificates.
